According to the National Cancer Institute, each year, there are approximately 266,000 new cases in women and 2,500 new cases of breast cancer in men. Breast cancer is the second most common cancer in women.
Luckily, because of the advances in medicine and research and the support of organizations like YAGF, Inc., the survival rate continues to grow and nearly 90% of women diagnosed with breast cancer survive five or more years after being diagnosed!
